Privacy Policy

Account information: When you create an account via Clerk authentication, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture (if provided). We do not store your password -- authentication is handled entirely by Clerk.

Architecture designs: We store the architecture diagrams, component configurations, and connection topologies you create within PraxiRun.

Simulation data: When you run simulations, we record traffic patterns, failure injection results, scoring outcomes, and session metadata (timestamps, duration, scenario selections).

Usage data: We collect standard analytics data including pages visited, features used, browser type, and device information to improve the Service.

• Analyze usage patterns to improve product features

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your architecture designs to train AI models.

Your data is stored on the following infrastructure:

• Application hosting: GCP Cloud Run (serverless containers)
• Database: Neon PostgreSQL (serverless Postgres with encryption at rest)
• Authentication: Clerk (manages user credentials and sessions)

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database connections use TLS encryption.

We use the following third-party services:

• Clerk -- Authentication and user management. Clerk processes your email and profile data under their own privacy policy.
• Stripe -- Payment processing (when billing features are enabled). Stripe handles payment card data directly; we do not store card numbers.
• Google Cloud Platform -- Infrastructure hosting and compute.

PraxiRun uses essential cookies for authentication and session management, provided by Clerk. These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled.

We may use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can control analytics cookies through your browser settings.

We retain your account data and architecture designs for as long as your account is active. Simulation session data is retained for up to 24 months after the session date to support historical reporting and replay features.

When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for product analytics.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data and download a copy of your architecture designs
• Correct inaccurate personal information in your account settings
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your designs in standard formats (Terraform, CloudFormation, SVG, JSON)
• Object to processing of your data for analytics purposes

PraxiRun is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
